The space
This stunning property boasts of over 3000 Sqft space the perfect place to relax and and chill with family and friends.
With 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditions, and 3.5 bathrooms, including a movie theater and a patio lounge area with a BBQ grill and a pool, you'll feel right at home. The entire property is fully furnished.

The spacious living room features a retractable sofa and a dining table that seats 6, making it the perfect space for entertaining or enjoying a meal with family and friends. Large windows throughout the property let in plentv of natural light, making all the space feel bright and airy.

As you walk in through the door, there is a nice lounge area/office where you can get quality work done or just sit at to enjoy a good book, get inspiration, or meditate.

Then you walk into the open area that consist of the living room and formal dining that sits six people. The living room has a smart TV for you to enjoy your favorite show or watch a movie. It is connected to the internet so that you can log into your streaming accounts.

Main Bedroom: Features a super comfortable King size memory foam mattress There is also a smart 65"TV in this room for added entertainment. There is also a private bathroom attached with a large walk-in shower and separate jetted bathtub.

Bedroom 2: It also has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress and you get a view of the pool.

Bedroom 3: This also has the same comfortable queen memory foam mattress.

Bedroom 4: Has two full size beds that makes for a great room for the kids or extra guests.

There is a second and third full bathroom as well.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need which include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is also a separate breakfast nook here.

Backyard: Unwind and enjoy a cool fresh air here. You may choose to take a dip in the pool (at your own risk) on a hot afternoon. There are lounge chairs and extra sitting areas here. You have privacy as well since there are no neighbors in the back of the house.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house except the garage which is currently used as storage

When confirming the reservation, it will be necessary to send a copy of the identity of each guest, in order to have more security with the stay. :)

There is no Lifeguard on the property and owner is NOT liable for any risk associated with using the pool. ONLY use at your own risk and do not leave children and pets unattended to in the backyard.

-The pool is cleaned once a week around every Thursday.

-Feel free to park in front of the garage and driveway, avoid parking on the street
